Dr. Yusuke Kinugasa answers questions from the audience about different approaches to attacking colorectal cancer in Japan based on his experience. When it comes to lymph node dissection, robotic surgery is a good option. 

Dr. Kinugasa answers all questions related to risks, discusses which method has improved the most in recent years, and the preoperative steps to be taken before surgery. 

He also discusses complications and how they can be treated, and whether the patient must follow a strict postoperative procedure.
