Dr. Antonio Sitges Serra Antonio Sitges-Serra is Professor of Surgery and served as Chief of Surgery at Hospital del Mar, Barcelona, until December 2019. He has chaired the European Society of Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism and the European Society for Endocrine Surgery.
